Robert Bakes, Trading as Eagle Consulting Services ABN 24 338 628 830 (ECS) respects your privacy. This statement explains how we collect, use and disclose information during the duration of the coaching/counselling relationship. ECS recognizes the right of people to keep their personal information private and must comply with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Australian Privacy Act when dealing with personal information.

The Information we collect
ECS will collect general information about you, such as your name, address, contact details so we can contact you. We may also collect this and other types of personal information during the course of dealing with you in the coaching/counselling consultation engagement. The information collected may include some sensitive information (as defined by the Privacy Act), such as health information or information about your beliefs, relevant to the services or assistance you have requested from ECS. Personal information includes sensitive information which can, in most cases, only be disclosed with your consent.

Who will be collecting your personal information?
ECS or a nominated contractor involved in the consultation and client engagement process will collect your personal information for ECS’ own use in connection with your coaching/counselling or consulting request.

How we use your information
ECS will use the personal information we collect for the purpose disclosed at the time of collection, or otherwise as set out in this Privacy Policy. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorised or required by law. Generally, we will only use and disclose your personal information as follows:

  1. to establish and maintain your involvement with ECS, including providing you with newsletters;
  2. to provide the products or services you have requested from ECS;
  3. . to answer your inquiry;
  4. to accept your appointment with a ECS consultant for coaching / counselling;
  5. for direct promotion of products or services and to keep you informed of new developments we believe may be of interest to you. If we contact you in this way without obtaining your prior consent, we will provide you with the opportunity to decline any further promotional communications;
  6. to third parties where we have retained those third parties to assist us to operate ECS and provide the products or services you have requested;

ECS will not divulge personnel information to outside parties except as required by State and Commonwealth law, or appropriate judicial order

Access to your information
You can request access to the personal information that the ECS holds about you by contacting admin@eaglecs.com.au. We will provide you with access to your personal information unless we are legally authorised to refuse your request. If you wish to change personal information that is out of date or inaccurate at any time, please contact us.

Security of your information
ECS will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to date. The Internet is not a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly, ECS cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorised access or use of that information.
